Youth Employment Strategies (YES) is designed to set a foundation for success for youth job seekers.

YES provides job search and application assistance, resume and interview prep, self-exploration and goal setting, and access to resources within the community.

YES also helps young job seekers learn about current job trends, in-demand industries, career pathways and more!

YES is hosted by MassHire Berkshire Career Center Youth Employment Specialists and is held in-person at MassHire Berkshire Career Center, Thursdays from 2:30-3:45.
