YOUTH WORKS PROGRAM
For eligible Berkshire County youth
YouthWorks is a subsidized employment program designed to provide low-income teens and young adults, 14 – 21 years of age with their first employment experiences, work readiness training, and the skills to find and keep an unsubsidized job.
YouthWorks provides a structured and consistent program, allowing young participants to receive a paid internship.
- Mandatory Work Readiness Training – Signal Success Curriculum 15 -25 hours PAID
- Work Experience – pay $14.25 per hour Minimum 125 hours
- Year-Round program: Ages 16 -21, Start date October 18th – May 31st
- Summer Program: Ages 14-21, Start Date June 27th– August 26th
