MassHire Berkshire Career Center’s Computer Basics Workshop is a beginner-friendly program designed to introduce participants to the fundamental concepts of using computers effectively. This workshop aims to clarify technology and empower individuals with the essential skills required to navigate the digital landscape with confidence.

This workshop is designed for individuals with little to no computer experience looking to enhance their basic computer literacy. This is an in-person instructor lead workshop in a supportive and interactive learning environment.

Upon completing the Computer Basics Workshop, participants will gain the confidence to navigate computers and perform essential tasks with ease. Participants will have a solid understanding of the following:
