Access to Justice Fellow and Attorney Crispin Birnbaum will offer a presentation on the Massachusetts criminal records system, sealing and expungement. For individuals with a CORI, this presentation will provide you with the knowledge about what you can do about your criminal record. Attorney Birnbaum will explain the rules for when a record becomes eligible for sealing or expungement and where to find free CORI Clinics for assistance.
Attorney Birnbaum will not be able to give individual legal advice but will train you how to obtain and read your own CORI. There will be plenty of time for your CORI questions.
