Victory Human Services (VHS) is a private non-profit organization, founded in 2000 by a group of health care professionals in the field to mend the disadvantage in the human service area in Massachusetts. People with disabilities who are members of ethnic, cultural and linguistic minorities do not, in general, receive the same quality of support services as others in the Commonwealth.
