MassHire Berkshire Career Center is hosting a Multi-Industry Job & Resource Fair to connect you with local employers looking to hire YOU! This event will also feature local community resources.

Networking Opportunities: Provide a platform to meet and interact with recruiters and hiring managers from various companies. Building connections can increase your chances of getting noticed and hired.

Access to Multiple Employers: This event will host numerous companies from different industries in one location. This gives you the opportunity to explore a wide range of job openings and companies in a short amount of time.

Access to Community Resources: Discover services or resources that you may not have previously been aware of. Attendees learn about new programs or initiatives that could benefit you and your family.

Direct Contact with Employers: Unlike online job applications, job fairs allow face-to-face interaction with potential employers. This personal interaction can leave a lasting impression and help you stand out among other applicants.

Insight into Company Culture: Meeting representatives from different companies allows you to learn more about their cultures, values, and work environments. This firsthand insight can help you determine if a company is a good fit for you.

Career Exploration: Even if you’re not actively seeking a job, attending a job fair can be beneficial for exploring career options, learning about industry trends, and connecting with professionals in your field of interest.

On-the-Spot Interviews: Some employers conduct interviews or offer on-the-spot hiring at job fairs. Being prepared with your resume and elevator pitch can lead to immediate job opportunities!
