FREE CDL Permit Classes (Class 1 of 3)

The CDL Permit Class will now be held over two days with expanded hours:

• Tuesday, November 15th from 12:00 PM – 3:45 PM
• Thursday, November 16th from 12:00 PM – 3:45 PM

Join Berkshire Transit Management, Inc. in collaboration with MassHire Berkshire Career Center for a FREE Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Permit class.

This 4-part series will include a 1-hour introduction followed by 3 classes providing an in-depth look at the CDL Permit Process.

INTRODUCTION TO THE CDL PERMIT CLASS:

November 8 • 1pm-2pm

Topics Discussed:

• What you need to get a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP)
• Introduction to commercial Driving Employment Opportunities
• What exams are required and what is necessary to pass
• WIOA eligibility and requirements (Funding for CDL training)

CDL PERMIT CLASSES:

• Class 1: November 10 • 1pm-3pm
• Class 2: November 15 • 1pm-3pm
• Class 3: November 17 • 1pm-3pm

You MUST attend the introduction class to attend the CDL Permit Classes
