Customer Service Consultant Training/Employment Information Session

Join Berkshire Community College and Wayfair at MassHire Berkshire Career Center for an information session to discuss the Be Mass Competitive Program (BMCP) specialized training cohort focused on teaching the skills needed for a service consultant career with Wayfair at NO COST TO YOU.
The information session will be held at MassHire Berkshire Career Center, 160 North Street, Pittsfield, MA, Thursday, December 15th at 11:15am. Join the session to learn more about the training program, post-training employment and how to apply!
THIS JOINT INITIATIVE INCLUDES:
- Classes at Berkshire Community College to learn the skills needed for a service consultant career with Wayfair at NO COST to you.
- Professional job coaching throughout training and into employment.
- Participants will receive STIPENDS during BCC classroom training.
- PAID on-the-job training & placement as a Wayfair Service Consultant at the Pittsfield location.
PAY & BENEFITS
- $16.85 per hour (potential for hourly increase after 6 months)
