Career Center Seminar (Webinar) –Pre-registration and additional steps required (see below). An overview of services, resources, and options available at the Career Center. You must attend a seminar to be assigned to an Employment Specialist. Please provide your current email address in the registration form to receive the webinar invitation.
Invites will be sent the morning of the event from email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have registered for the Career Center Seminar you MUST complete the 2 additional steps below.
Step 1: REGISTER ON JOBQUEST
Visit: mass.gov/jobquest and complete the New User Registration via the “Register Now” button on the right side of the page to obtain your Jobseeker ID number. The eight-digit number will appear on the top right corner at the compilation of registration.
Write down your 8-digit Jobseeker ID number (you will need this to complete step 2). If you are already registered with JobQuest, please log-in to your account and take note of your Jobseeker ID.
Step 2: Complete the MassHire Customer Application and Information Survey
CLICK HERE to Complete MassHire Berkshire Career Center Customer Application and Information Survey using your eight-digit Jobseeker ID number obtained in step 1.
You will receive the webinar invite the DAY OF the event from email address email@example.com. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the invite in your inbox.
