Berkshire Heart and Mind Therapy’s mission is to help and provide our community with supportive mental health therapy that is trauma informed, culturally competent while meeting them where they are both emotionally and with their own life experiences.
They are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join their esteemed group practice. These Clinicians will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services on a fee-for-service basis, working with a diverse client demographic that includes children, adults, and elders.
Meet in-person with a Berkshire Heart and Mind Therapy representative on Wednesday, August 21 from 10am-12pm at MassHire Berkshire Career Center, 160 North Street, Third Floor, Pittsfield, MA.
CURRENT CLINICIAN POSITIONS:
- Executive Office Assistant
20 Hours per week - Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Clinician
20 Hours Minimum with in-office and telehealth sessions - Remote Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Clinician
10 Hours Minimum Remote telehealth with in-office optional
EXECUTIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- familiarity with EHR platforms used for billing client records
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Being bilingual is highly preferred but not required
CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a mental health clinician
- Candidates with an MSW scheduling their LCSW exam are also welcome to apply.
- Experience with evidence-based therapy models.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems.
- Strong clinical documentation skills: familiarity with platforms like Simple Practice
- CANs certification experience is beneficial.
- Being bilingual is preferred but not required
CLINICIAN BENEFITS:
- Competitive fee-for-service compensation. ($43-$55/hour based on experience)
- Paid weekly supervision for all clinicians including clinicians needing documented supervision time to obtain their next level of licensure.
